How do I work out how many panels to order?
One full-height panel covers close to 2.97 m² (32 sq ft). Measure the width and height of the wall in metres, multiply them, divide the result by 2.97 and round up. Adding one spare panel allows for cuts and offcuts.
Will I need a drill?
No drill is needed for the panels themselves. They are fixed with construction adhesive or double-sided tape. Shelves, desks and other heavier items do need screws into the wall.
What is the best way to cut a panel?
For a narrower panel, slice through the felt between two slats with a sharp knife. For a shorter panel, cut across the slats with a fine-tooth saw.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping then usually takes 7–15 business days, and Express is available at checkout.
Are the panels OK in a bathroom or kitchen?
Only on walls that stay dry, such as the wall beside a vanity or a dining nook. Keep them out of showers and away from splashback areas behind sinks and cooktops.
What colours can I choose from?
There are nine: Natural, Light Oak and Sand on the light side, Oak, Gray Oak and Gray in the middle, and Smoked Oak, Walnut and Black for darker walls. Screens show colour differently, so the swatch kit is a good first step.
Can I return something?
Yes. Within 30 days of delivery you can return items that are unused, uncut and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, send photos to contact@heeralslats.com within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
